5 Axis Capabilities
Smart positioning helps avoid limit problems, unnecessary moves, and provides safer operation during initial positioning of 5 axis operations and optionally inside 5 axis operations. Positioning is configured based on machine kinematics and available control unit functions.
Rotary Axis Shortest Path Selection
Enables use of full limits of rotary axes during 5 axis simultaneous operations.
Alternative Rotary Axis Position Selection
5 axis operations can be configured to use alternative position for rotary axes which helps eliminate limit problems.
5 Axis Drill Cycles
Drill cycles can be used in all planes. Drill cycles on different planes can be used in same operation.
6 Axis Capabilities
Rotary table can be positioned optimally to minimize orientation error of indexed head.
Easy Control of Table Axis
To avoid limit problems, rotary table can be positioned in a desired angle for indexed milling operations.
Simultaneous Operation Support
Simultaneous operations can be performed using any two of the three rotary axes. The remaining rotary axis can be positioned in a desired angle.
